In Cumbria Canine Services

Hello there folks!
Just a quick post today to introduce myself. My name is Sophie, the new blog master here at CCS! I have been friends with Jody for a couple of years now and have had the pleasure of watching as she made her dream of running her own successful dog walking and training business a reality. With CCS going from strength to strength, Jody is usually dashing between dog walks, training, puppy classes and house sits and doesn’t get the chance to write the blog posts that she really wants to. So I have offered to help her out! Some of you may know me from the odd times I have helped Jody out at training sessions and puppy classes.
I am another crazy dog lady (aren’t we all?!) with four of my own at home that make my life complete…and certainly interesting.

I spend a LOT of time with dogs. My gang and I get up to a whole load of shenanagins, from camping and hiking to canicross and scooterjoring. I have been a volunteer at a dog rescue running dogs with really high energy levels, and I have also worked with police dogs, which was fascinating. So I will hopefully blend in with the CCS crew!
As the blog master, i’ll be working really closely with Jody to bring new content about the CCS adventures of the week, puppy profiles, dog training tips and more. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to tell us what you liked, or with any ideas of what you would like to read about!
You can also follow CCS on facebook and instagram where photos are uploaded daily to give you a peek at some of the adventures from that day.
Thanks for reading.
Happy trails!
