Good Puppy Online Course – £60

The puppy training experience should be fun and develop the relationship between owner and puppy. We teach you to become the most interesting thing in your puppy’s life. We firmly believe that this foundation of a strong relationship is fundamentally important. Your puppy’s experience now will influence the rest of its life.

How it works

After enrolling, you will have access to 5 x step-by-step training videos each week for 6 weeks. These videos can be followed in your own time and can be acccessed at any time after completion.

Recall Games, Walking on a loose lead, Playing politely with your human friends, Leave stuff when asked, Fun tricks, Send to bed, Sit and Down

Also included in this package:

• 30 minute video lesson with Jody at any time during the 6 weeks. This is an opportunity to get 121 help with any elements of the training you may be struggling with.

Puppy Lite Package – £225

Our Puppy Lite Package includes the following:

• Pre puppy prep phone call to advise you how to best prepare your home for welcoming your new family member
• The Good Puppy Online Course (as detailed above)
• 2 x 30 min 121 in-person training sessions. These can take place at any time during an 8 week period after purchasing the package and can be tailored to any specific elements you may be struggling with
• Bonus content of extra videos and FB lives

Puppy Ultra Package £295

You will get everything that is included in the Puppy Lite Package, PLUS an extra 121 in-person session and a Puppy Socialisation walk. Socialisation is so important to get right in the early development stages. We will attend a walk with you and your pup with another adult dog from our client base which we know will lead and show your pup the right etiquette of socialising and playing.

This is the ultimate package to get your puppy off to the best start to become a conifdent, content, polite and resilient individual.

Progression Sessions – £80

At Cumbria Canine Services we use reward based methods which set the owners and dogs up for success and a lasting bond.  If you and your pet have already completed a puppy course, either with us or elsewhere, why not continue the progress you have made?

How it works

A progression session is a dedicated 121 in-person session with Jody. These are 1 hour sessions and we can cover any issues such as door manners, stop the dog, stays, recalls, loose lead walking, recall from distractions, distance control and much much more…

Our bespoke centre The K9 Hub has been designed with the sole aim of providing an amazing training venue for West Cumbria’s dog owners.  We have EVA foam flooring to cushion joints whilst training and avoid slips and trips, plenty of exciting equipment to enhance our classes and lots more!

 

We teach

How to play with your puppy, Attention to Name, Recall, Food manners, Loose lead walking, Positions – Sit, down and stand, Confidence building, Handling and grooming, Stay, and Go to bed.

Bronze Puppy Package £120

Gold Puppy Package £260

• Five week class schedule with head trainer JodY

• 1 Socialisation Walk with a suitable adult dog – with you so that we can discuss appropriate meeting and greeting of adult dogs!
• A 30 min video lesson with one of our trainers
• 1 at home visit to help iron out any home issues such as play biting, toilet training, crate training in situ

Platinum Puppy Package £360

 

• Five week class schedule with head trainer Jody
• Our Good Puppy Online course which is six weeks of video lessons
• 1 Socialisation Walk with a suitable adult dog – with you so that we can discuss appropriate meeting and greeting of adult dogs!
• A 30 min video lesson with one of our trainers
• 2 at home visit to help iron out any home issues such as play biting, toilet training, crate training in situ
• 1 month pass for Progression class after puppy class is completed OR one pass to our Introduction to mantrailing Workshop

Our progression classes are running now on Tuesday and Wednesdays @ The K9 Hub!

Agility Foundation Classes

These classes are the perfect preparation to starting agility in the outside environment, or a great way of working on basic skills and obstacles such as directional control, weaves, targeting the platforms and much much more.

They are an excellent follow on from our Foundations in Agility Skills workshop.

Agility classes are held on Thursdays from 6pm – 7.30pm.

Our Courses

 

Puppy class is also suitable for adult dogs that have had no previous training.  Adult dogs that attend must be dog friendly to attend the beginner session. All puppies must be vaccinated.
